Lannléire Honey – Lannléire honey is produced by honey bees from nectar that they forage from the meadows, hedgerows, woodlands, and mountains of County Louth. Based in Dunleer, Eoghan Mac Giolla Coda is a fourth-generation beekeeper, who learned the craft from his father in Co. Tipperary.

Dermot’s Seberry’s beautiful book entitled “Ireland – A Culinary Journey in the North-East”, covering the region in photographic splendor, featuring mouth-watering recipes from well-known restaurants and food suppliers in the North East.

Dermot is a Food consultant and educator. After 15 years as an international chef Dermot created FoodTours.ie to develop awareness and promote Irish award winning Food Artisans. Initially for culinary professionals, these tours introduced the food enthusiast to the Artisan Producer, the story behind the person, the product and the method of production. Today FoodTours.ie attracts foodie tourists from all over the world.

Well known photographer Jimmy Weldon has produced his 3rd book “Jimmy’s People”, this collection features over 500 new pictures of faces young and old from around the town. The book is a limited edition and they always sell out fast. In fact Jimmy’s books not only sell like hotcakes but they also travel to every corner of the globe.

Local Drogheda author and historian Ted Greene’s book “Drogheda – its place in Irish history” gives a fascinating account of the pivotal part our region has played over the course of Irish History.
